Græni hatturinn Terms and Conditions

• Please carefully review the ticket purchase at the time of purchase, including the correct date, correct area, correct time, etc. It may not be possible to correct ticket purchases afterward.


• It is not permitted to resell tickets for financial gain. If it is found that a ticket is sold for financial gain by someone other than the event organizer, Græni hatturinn reserves the right to invalidate the ticket.
  
  
• If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered comparable tickets for the next date or a full refund.
  
  
• If the date or time of an event is changed, the tickets will automatically transfer to the new date/time. If the new date/time is not suitable, the buyer is entitled to a refund, but MidiX may set a specific deadline for customers to cancel their purchase in the notification of the change.
  
  
• The age limit for an event is determined by the curfew laws for minors and the laws on liquor-serving establishments. Children under 18 are not allowed to stay inside a licensed premises after 8:00 PM and until closing unless accompanied by a guardian. However, the event organizer may set their own age limit rules, which will override the Græni hatturinn terms.
  
  
• Lost ticket. Note that in only a few cases is it possible to reissue lost tickets.
  
  
• By purchasing a ticket from Græni hatturinn, you agree to receive emails with information about the event or related services from the event organizer. If for any reason you do not agree to this, you can send us an email at hatturinn@internet.is
  
  
• Græni hatturinn handles personal information in accordance with the law. 
  
  
• Græni hatturinn and event organizers bear no responsibility for the personal belongings of ticket holders before, during, or after the event.
  
  

• Once you have purchased a ticket, you have 14 days from the purchase date to cancel the purchase and request a refund. However, this does not apply to requests received when there are fewer than 14 days until the event.
